Short version. I collect as little as I can, I use it only for the thing you asked for, and you can have it deleted any time by emailing me. Nothing here is sold, and nobody is added to a mailing list for filling in the contact form or a programme enquiry.
Bluzen is run by Darragh Kearney in the north west of Ireland. I work with people in Ireland and the UK, so I treat both GDPR and UK GDPR as applying. If you want anything below explained, just ask me directly at info@bluzenfocus.com.
Because you asked me for something, and I need your details to do it. That is the only basis I rely on, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your quiz answers shape the breakdown I send you and help me understand what people are actually coming with. They are not a medical record, they are not a diagnosis, and no computer decides anything about you on the back of them. I read them myself.
Three services handle data on my behalf, and only for the jobs below. Some of them process data outside Ireland and the UK.
Beyond that I do not share your details with anyone, and I never sell them. The one exception is the same one that applies to any therapy work: if I believed someone was at serious risk of harm, or I was required by law, I would act on that.
Only as long as it is useful for the reason you gave it. Marketing details go the moment you unsubscribe or ask. Records connected to client work are held for the period my insurer and professional body require, and I will tell you what that is if you ask.
A copy of what I hold about you. A correction. Deletion. To withdraw your consent, or to stop the emails, which you can also do from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them.
Email me and I will sort it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will never affect how I work with you.
Come to me first if you can. If you would rather not, or you are not satisfied with how I handled it, you can complain to the regulator.
Bluzen is not a diagnostic or crisis service. If you or someone you care for is in crisis, the numbers on the home page are the right place to go, not this form.
