Two ways to work with me.

One is hands on, in a kitchen, with a group. The other is quiet, one to one, online. Leave your details for whichever fits and I will come back to you myself.

Group programme

Sensory Kitchens

A small, hands on cooking group for adults and children with intellectual disabilities. Real cooking, at a pace that suits the room, with the sensory side of a kitchen treated as the point rather than a problem.

The food is the vehicle. Settling, confidence and doing something together are what we are actually after. I work in a specialist training kitchen day to day, and I am a qualified Healthy Food Made Easy facilitator.

Sensory Kitchens runs with a host organisation, so schools, day services and community groups, under their safeguarding and staffing. If you are enquiring for someone you care for, I will let you know when a group is running near you.

One to one, adults

1:1 hypnotherapy

Solution focused hypnotherapy, online, for adults. This is the work I do with people whose sleep has gone, whose head will not switch off, or who have been running on empty for a long time and want somewhere to start.

It works over a course of sessions rather than a single fix, and we talk that through before you commit to anything. Parents and carers are very welcome. This is often the only bit of the week that is about them.

Adults only. Hypnotherapy sits alongside your GP or mental health team, never in place of them, and it is not a crisis service.
